Good Story

Took a moment to get into the action due to all of the sex scenes, but it turned out to be pretty good. The only thing that made me cringe was the narrators "female voice" imitation. Lol.

Interesting Story

Interesting moral conflict. Narrator was excellent. Showed cultural differences in problem solving. Worth the purchase.

Well this book was okay. I did like how the book jumped ahead eight years. I also like the relationship korey and hammer was true brothers. I did like there relationship. If there is a book two I will probably buy it. I did like the ending.

OMG this story ROCKED

When I say Kareem totally shocked me. I am not lying. This is my first listen and I am glad to be introduced to such talent. He is a young man with a huge vision. I felt like I was watching the entire movie as I listened. From the voice changes to the gun shot sounds, I am convinced this author is ready to top all black male authors and give them a run for their money.
The title... loved it. It goes so well with the book. And knowing the meaning behind it, I am glad he chose this title to depict a great tale.
Cover art... ehhh, could've been deeper and not include the gun. These guys were more than gun tooting fools. They were business men so a suit and tie with a set of twins as the backdrop would've been great.
The story was read by someone who annunciates perfectly. Big ups to the narrator.
The story itself packed a powerful punch and one lesson that trumped all: loyalty. As an author myself, my characters remain loyal to their friends and family. There was no backstabbing, no arguing, no black woman fighting black woman, and no hood crimes. this book was a showcase of what it's really like when a father over loves his daughter, his wife and his woman. Being that I believe in polyamory, Kareem did a great job depicting how a man can take care of two families in different homes and not pit one woman against the other.
I would recommend all of my own readers to grab this hard copy or ebook and dig in.
