Basic parenting book
This is the parenting book you might want to read if you’ve never read a parenting book before. Overall the content is fine, doesn’t present anything new or thought provoking. Which is ok, but my complaint is that the title grossly misrepresents itself. Instead of helping give ideas about how to address perfectionist tendencies in parenting, it lists item by item what we should be doing, thereby actually worsening a parents guilt and anxiety. Nice idea but poor execution.
