Acerca de esta escucha
While researching her end-of-year project on the local ecosystem, 20-something college student Poppy gets herself turned around. The snowy North Carolina woods are no place for a young girl, especially not when the sun is about to go down. Fortunately for her, Poppy runs across a beautiful log cabin. Although she finds the owner to be quite crotchety, he invites her in to the safety of his cabin for the night. Hesitant, Poppy goes inside.
Bear shifter Thomas moved out to the North Carolina woods to escape the interruption of nosy neighbors. When he finds Poppy on his doorstep one afternoon, however, he just can't leave her to the wolves. Soon he finds out that Poppy is much more than accident-prone, and he is quickly forced to reveal his secret.
When Poppy finds out what Thomas really is, will she run for the hills? Or, will she stay and weather the storm?

Rebecca Wolfe’s voice is very sensual sounding so pairs well with this romance title. Want to find more audiobooks performed by her. Listened to this book through the romance package.
It was fate for them to find each other!

Where does Paranormal Romance: Alpha Bear in the Backwoods rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
This is a really good audiobook. It's told from the female perspective with a female voice. She does a good job with the story. As far as other audiobooks, I have listened to quite a few and I seem to prefer the male voices and inflections. The one thing about this reader, is that she flows really well and knows how to keep the story going with the inflections in the right placesWhat did you like best about this story?
I liked this story because Poppy tries to be polite while sharing Thomas's cabin. He has been alone for awhile so conversations are a little slow. But Poppy soon warms Thomas's heart and he comes to life.Which scene was your favorite?
Believe it or not, the scene when she gets popped by burning bark seems to stick with me. I thought that Thomas should have wanted to see it to ensure she wasn't hurt.Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
No extreme reactions, but I did smile as Thomas started coming out of his shell and seeing Poppy as the possible woman of his dreamsAny additional comments?
I thought the story ended rather abruptly. It was like they found each other and that's all there was. The transition to the end could have been smoother.Cute story.
