If you're interested in making the switch to a Paleo diet, this is a great primer. The information is so clear and direct and listening via audiobook made learning about it an even more enjoyable experience.
Grace Moses did a fantastic job reading and I really enjoyed the experience. Check this one out for a thorough, but quick look into this revolutionary lifestyle.

What made the experience of listening to Paleo Diet: Unleash the Power of the Paleo Diet the most enjoyable?
This audiobook not only goes over and describes why the paleo diet works, it also explains why it is the right and most natural diet for human beings. There is also a bunch of easy to make recipes (they are delicious), general guidelines how to stick to your diet and much more. Since I am on this diet (last 2 and a half months) I started to feel the energy and vitality for which I have been searching for the last decade!Delicious recipes!

My daughter introduced me to the Paleo diet this year and in the past 4 months i have lost a total of 32 pounds. This is more of a lifestyle change not just a diet, and this audio book is a perfect and only material you will ever need. Consumption of processed foods and alcohol is linked to many modern diseases, this is how our ancestors ate before we invented farming and processed food, so not only you will lose weight, but you will get healthier and have more energy. Choosing what's the right food to eat, start a healthy diet, and really stick to it. It would definitely guide you to choose the right kind of milk, bread, meat, seafood, vegetables, oils, fruits, and all.Which scene was your favorite?
The recipe part. I never thought that I can eat delicious food while on a diet.Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
This book is very encouraging. You’d really want to get rid of all the unhealthy foods you’ve been eating, and start a great diet. It's always very challenging but, this book really has a lot to offer, and help you to achieve a healthy diet.Any additional comments?
I really love this book. It has wonderful recipes that other diet books don't have. All the amazing recipes would help you lose weight, and give you the energy that you needed. Also, it tells you what kind of food you have to avoid. One thing that I love about this book is, it explains all the diet myths. So now I definitely understand all of them. Thanks to this book.Great book for a great start!
