PCS" delves into the life of James North, a devoted military family man who finds himself trapped in a sinister web of intrigue on his way to his new duty station. The story begins when James is presented with an ultimatum by the ominous Mr. Green. He is tasked with convincing his old friend Eric, who is the current mayor of Houston, to award certain security contracts to Mr. Green. Failure would result in dire consequences for James' family, particularly his wife Catalina and their daughter Abigail.
Determined to protect his family, James reaches out to his younger brother, Jimmy, and resourceful cousin Joshua to formulate a plan. Their quest for a solution leads them to discover Eric's secret, which they leverage as a bargaining chip. In (PCS) "Permanent Change Of Stations" the author James Horton produces a suspenseful tale filled with intrigue, secrets, and a web of complex relationships that unravel as the characters navigate the treacherous waters of deception and betrayal.

Couldn't send the review in Japanese so had to translate it for you, LOL!
This book hit home and renewed my sense of pride to the core values Honor, Courage, and Commitment I gave during my Navy Career. Once a fellow Dental Technician (DT) myself, I quickly focused my attention to every detail of PCS, comparing it to my own real-life occurrences. My career as a DT was full of excitement just as this story portrayed in a parallel fashion as a Navy DT Sailor. Although retired now, I cherish the opportunity and experiences of changing stations every 2-3 years meeting new Shipmates at each new duty station. Thank you, James, for sharing this story and I truly wish you the best and hope for more to come Shipmate!
