Acerca de esta escucha
Henry and Hatter are back in this sequel to Mad About the Hatter. They've fallen into a comfortable life together after the events in the first book, but on a day trip to visit the Tweedle Brothers, they happen across a wayward troop of flying monkeys who need help to get back to Oz.
In Oz, Hatter reluctantly agrees to accompany Henry on a tour of the land. They soon find out Oz is in serious trouble, with the balance of Good and Evil upset after Dorothy killed the last wicked witch. Henry and Hatter are drawn into a quest to find a new source of evil for Oz to restore the balance and save Oz - and all the adjacent lands, including Wonderland - from destruction.

Fantastic YA Fantasy
I absolutely adore the world Dakota Chase has created with Henry (boy Alice) and Hatter. In the second book of the Mad About the Hatter series Henry and Hatter leave Wonderland to help flying monkeys return to Oz. What they find is a world that flips the L. Frank Baum book on its head. Dorothy “The Destroyer” is actually the villain of the story. By killing the final wicked witch she destroyed the balance between good and evil and now Oz is dying. Before they go home to Wonderland Henry and Hatter go on a series of quests to return Oz to its former glory. Dakota Chase is amazing at channeling Hatter’s chaotic and absurd thoughts and running commentary in her writing. Her ability to take well known fantasy tales and make them feel fresh is fantastic. I highly recommend this book.
Dakota Chase’s Hatter and Joel Froomkin’s narration are a match made in heaven. I highly recommend this version.
