Best book I have listened to on Overthinking
Overthinking is probably the #1 driver for strong and bright individuals that do not move up in an organization and this book covers the topic succinctly! The exercises and real life examples were excellent and following the guidance from the book should help people overcome the challenges and doubts associated with overthinking. We all tend to reflect and recall our mistakes, but it is about learning from them and moving on. This is a great book, both for personal and professional growth, it should help people become more confident and less stressed in their lives.
