Very helpful guide for overthinkers!

To me, this book was quite transformative. I have been battling my overthinking brain for a long time, and it can be quite a frustrating journey, especially when I can see how hindering it can be. Overthinking is directly linked to mental health, and this is where this book comes in. Sandra R Williams provides a clear and structured path out of the maze of rumination. She masterfully lays out 8 practical steps, combined with clear instructions and based on CBT, which helps readers understand and reshape their thinking patterns. Chapter 6 was my favorite, she outlines the steps involved in rational emotive therapy and provides a clear path forward.
