I felt good after listening to this book. Hypnotic
I don't know if I was hypnotized but I felt very relaxed & calm. I opened my eyes to dried up tears from letting go of my fears. I know I'm not healed yet but I do have a great feeling about losing sight of my fears listening to this book.
