The world is still recovering from 'The Shakes' and new factions are forming. Our hero, left adrift from the friends he had made in 'Basically Frightened', has to use his notable wit and sly self-invention to get through a new cast of people intending to use him or dispose of him.
Once again, not all is what it seems and a new group starts to exert its influence. 'Protected Infected', self-appointed champions of the victims, have determined that society has to change. 'Order' have their own agenda. Meanwhile, the most unlikely of protectors has to survive in a very different collective. It's not all planting potatoes!
'Outside Looking Out' continues the 'Basically Frightened' saga and leaves everything on another knife-edge. Expect some new antagonists, some former friends and trusted psychotics determined, all trying to make sense of a crazy new world.
