Resumen del Editor

From the gritty streets of a forgotten lunar settlement to the perilous asteroid belt and glittering megastructures of Zorath, follow Robert Fannec on a thrilling journey of intrigue, adventure, and self-discovery.

Trapped in an impossible situation through no fault of his own, Robert finds himself marked as a wanted man, hunted by the law for crimes he did not commit. With an elusive smuggling ring pulling the strings from the shadows, and enemies closing in from all sides, Robert must rely on his wits, skills, and newfound allies if he hopes to survive long enough to uncover the insidious conspiracy and clear his name.

Teamed with an enigmatic AI named Ace, Robert plunges headlong into a conspiracy that threatens to upend the entire United Confederation. They will face dangerous criminals, deadly pursuers, and uncover secrets that could shake the foundations of power. In a race against time, Robert must unravel the deceit layer by layer while avoiding capture, even if it means sacrificing everything and everyone he knows.

An intense beginning to an explosive series

Received as a review copy from Story Origin; also received as an audio review copy from Story Origin, this is an honest review. Narrated beautifully by Connor Brannigan, Outlaw is an amazingly gorgeous and vibrant masterpiece that immediately draws you in right from the first page. What Robert Fannec endures in this acts of desperate of survival is visceral as it's haunting and the man's passion to fight back against a world needing a scapegoat in a ever changing landscape and poor Robert becomes a victim those in power in to have to keep a lid on things. An immersive adventure begins with this book.

Highly recommended.

Decent read, but could be better

Warning ⚠️ this is my opinion so take it with a grain of salt.

Overall, the story had an interesting story, but somewhere after the halfway point details started to make less sense to me. So I think the book could have used a bit more polishing.

An example of something I took notice of, for one, the story is in 3rd person limited, but a couple times it became 3rd person omniscient.

Another was that near the end of the book some of the actions didn't make much sense especially when Rob, the MC, went after Foreman. There was no sense of tension or much detail given or shown in a number of areas of the story. it was kind of irritating to have details dropped in after the fact.

Very hard to see the whole picture.

The author Bradley Trapp with his great imagination takes us on a real joy of science fiction adventure on this first book of this series.

twisters within unexpected
twisters and coverups.

I love boos which give you the taste of more but don’t enjoy waiting for it to get released.
It does feels that the author is playing with me, hiding the real picture and those who really pull the strings.
Which is the reason that the five stars can wait for now.

Beautiful narration by Connor Brannigan for each of the characters in this creation.
