A Spiritual Allegory

The following short story is an allegory with a twist. Based on a revelation during a time of prayer for a city in the Midwest of our country in 2023. Now, in September of 2025, I was in prayer and had a desire to find this original writing and ponder its purpose for today.

Life circumstances have seemed to escalate, bringing a need for hope and anticipation for God to move. It is my understanding that God is on the move already. He is not silent, although he may seem far off to you in this moment; he is not. There are signs around our world of many meeting, encountering, and responding to Jesus. This is a powerful insight to awaken to, and it is the beginning of what William Seymour prophesied in 1913 that would become the greatest awakening the earth has experienced.

It is my love of the body of Christ and hope for you that, as you read this Revelation Fiction, this prophetic allegory, you will see, hear, and feel the love of God (The Voice). That the Spirit (Wisdom) and the angels dispatched to our world (Warrior) will bring encouragement in this season, where it seems the world has been turned upside down and inside out.

God is not slow to speak or act. He has never stopped moving on the earth, and he will never be satisfied with the size of his family. We are the participants in this great move of God that looks like a very minuscule cloud on the horizon. At least from our perspective, but it is on the way. It is happening now, and we need to look up and see the cloud coming.

The key to this cloud is our participation. We all get to play in this move of God. We all have a part, and if we are willing, we will be a blessing to many who have yet to see God's goodness. You are that link in their life. You have a special purpose in this kingdom move because you are the one who has a relationship with family, friends, and associates in your life.

This is not about great speakers and stadiums worshiping God together. May that be so, but the Father wants you to be the bringer of life to those you know and love. Find the compassion that Jesus carries for humanity, and you will find your compassion and passion to speak life into those around you.

Hope is here. Hope is the light so many have had stolen from the enemy (Nemesis). Bring the light of hope and be the hope of the light.

A deep personal touch occurred

What a beautiful story and personal encouragement. I have a grandson named Sam who is going to turn five years old this weekend. I noticed this summer he has a keen ability to know my thoughts, signs of a prophetic/word of knowledge gifting.
Aside from all that Byron created a present day story that parallels biblical history. This is very much like how God works in our lives today as well as biblical times.
