virtual voice killed the radio star

The premise sounds awesome and I liked a lot of the elements of the story. It feels like it is part of something bigger.

oh man, I tried so hard to like this. the virtual voice, is still very stupid. mispronuncing words and sometimes it felt like it changed the pronunciations of the same names. it doesn't help when the names are fantasy names and can be hard to pronounce normally. It made the story very hard to follow because the tone never changes.

If J.T. Williams gets someone to Narrate this it would be interesting to see if it is any better. I am also, very frustrated about the first character we meet in the omnibus, after this character becomes something huge we never see them or hear about them again.
