Inconvenient format
I have known and loved the Opening the Heart of the Womb meditation for many years. I find this download inconvenient because it includes an introduction and three different meditations all on the same track with no breaks. This makes it difficult to listen to just one meditation.

Healing
Stephen Levine is an amazing meditation teacher, he teaches you how to relate to yourself and heal your bodymind with the right awareness. I keep coming back to his meditations because I keep learning from them.
