The book was good, but I believe if you have a gift it doesn't matter what you eat that doesn't have anything to do with it, of course we all need a healthy diet, gift or no gift, I did like it towards the end giving a technique on opening the third eye

Magnificent informative by great teacher

I’ve learned more by Edward Eskimo than any other teacher for specific informations from a macrobiotic perspective. He’s always been spot on for me...beginning my inquiries in 1996-97 when I became the 24/7 caregiver to my elderly mother. She was cured of cancer (twice) and a host of other maladies , and it’s hard to find his works so I’m thankful I found this. What a wonderful teacher!
I’ll be relistening to this (my first Audible by him) as he’s someone I refer to over and over. The expertise is flawless. Highest recommendation. Money well invested.
