I AM 2.0

When the writer narrates the incident of what happen the day he lost his virginity, I was bursting out laughing for some good minutes and tears rolling out my eyes. No offence CC but that was the best laughs I had in so many many years, It felt like some block emotions/traumas was released and I felt so much lighter after. The writer also speaks about hearing high pitch supersonic sound frequency, seeing geometrical patterns or fractals and energy/light emanating from his hands - everything I am experiencing now. At least now I know I’m not crazy and perhaps moving into my own 2.0 version. Thank you CC for this book and also for creating CH. i was looking for a ‘teacher’ and my soul lead me to you. Blessings to you and your family.

Life Changing

This book inspired my greatest learning experience ever. It is like coming home to my true self. The autobiographical part shows the cruelty of our humanity while the second part shows us how we can transform into what truly matters. I will refer to this book over and over again and will share it with many others.. The narrator is exceptional and made this book come alive!

Cornelius's story of transformation from a life of self hate and abuse to one of enlightenment holds lessons for us all. The book is full of insights and lessons for all readers.

Such a inspirational story

It was hard listening to everybody Cornelius has been through but knowing the outcome definitely made it easier. The narrator did such a great job too. I pictured Cornelius telling his story the whole time.

Thought provoking

It’s a long book, but I was captured by the way he shared his story and I just kept listening. The last few chapters put it all together and that’s where the magic and learning happens. I’ve listened to it 3 times already and I’m sure I will listen to it a few more.

Riveting, terrifying, uplifting, life-changing.

Great reader. Not for faint of heart. Worth it. HSPs might fast forward some parts.

I liked it but it was hard to listen to

I really liked the book but half way in, I had to muscle through it due to all of the physical and sexual abuse. It started very early in the author's childhood and continued throughout his adult life. It broke me heart to hear, but I loved the last few chapters when more was explained.

A must listen!

I don't write reviews but I was compelled to share my thoughts about this book. It was hard listening to Cornelius' real life story. My heart broke for him over and over again. There's a happy ending and beautiful beginning for him and all of us! And I mean ALL OF US!@# I invite you to see what you find out about yourself. You won't be the same. Thank you Cornelius for being brave and brutally honest. We will change the world by loving ourselves first.

What a story!

Book One was super hard to listen to but I kept going. It was extremely challenging and at times it was as though you were describing my life... the part about your brother and sister, the way they treated you and how they dismissed you at the time your Mum passed. Yep, been there, left out of everything and then blamed... The emotions around that were huge, anger, frustration, sadness and grief. I still have my moments and wonder if I can ever truly forgive my 2 brothers but hey, maybe I can!
Part 2, I want to listen again and again. I found it intriguing. Some of the info was nothing new to me because I have been practicing gratitude for several years and understand so much of what you shared, however I also took in plenty of new information that has helped me to move forwards and knowing that this is an ongoing lifestyle choice, I know I will continue to learn and grow.

Overall, excellent book, excellent message and I am still joining 2:0 every week and as many of the CH sessions as I am able.
I have been a part of your group since 5th Feb and you have helped me to become even more aware of life in general, to keep my mindset in check and to manage difficult situations even better. Yes, life has certainly improved and pulled me out of the doldrums after the previous 12 months of massive challenges.
