Resumen del Editor

Having overdosed on the cold, unyielding aspects of reality at an early age, books became a welcome escape I was happy to dedicate my life to. Editing romance novels seemed like the perfect career choice for the girl who craved fantasy and a world she could exercise a little control over. Bottom line, I like having a happy ending I can count on.

Until...Jensen.

Where I prefer to have my head in the clouds, unattached to the tumultuous roller-coaster of real life, his feet are so firmly planted on the ground, they're sinking in and getting buried there.

Jensen seems an unlikely hero for any story, let alone mine. He's moody. And confused. And pretty damn sure there's no such thing as happy-ever-after.

But then that's the thing about all the best happy endings. They show up when you least expect them to.

One More Chapter

One More Chapter by K.S. Thomas. Emotionally engaging and heartfelt drama that touches on a ton of real-life moments- love, lose, moving on, letting go, and allowing your happiness to once again. Karma is so wonderful; I definitely felt a spark with her. And Jensen- on my! He is hard not to fall in love with. So many times, while reading this story, I just wanted to slow burn to be done so we could jump right in. I’m anxious like that. I also had to stop myself from jumping ahead just to make sure they end up together, like they should. I enjoy this author’s writing style and the way the narrator brought the story and characters to life. I would recommend this one to others. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Just.... "WOW"

I didn't see the twist in the book at all. It was funny and heartbreaking and touching. I loved this book. Definitely recommended to anyone who likes a sweet romance. Seriously. Read this book. The only drawback is the narrator. She is funny and snarky and has a lovely voice, BUT she uses the same voice for everyone. The chapters are titled with whoever is the current voice, so it is easy to follow along so long as you don't have to set it down between chapters. It does get confusing. Don't let that keep you from reading it though. It was a great book.

Emotional Romance

This is a emotional romance. It tells the story of Karma and Jensen. Karma has had some emotional problems. Jensen has as well. Jensen also is raising kids by his self. They both end up meeting and trying to date. Jensen finds out that Karma went through some severe emotional trauma as a child. What he doesn't know is that he knows more about it than he thinks. Karma and Jensen need each other to be able to get their lives back on track. The scene where Karma goes to the cemetary was pretty brave. I don't know if Karma and Jensen would've made it on there own.
