An important historical accounting

As my review title indicates, and as I believe in its accuracy and truthfulness, this work is an important historical accounting.
As such, I encourage anyone and everyone to listen &/or read it.
I found the information within its pages to be as interesting as it is informative and, in several places, entertaining. I found Mr. Barr’s candor refreshing.
As a sincere patriot of these United States, it is encouraging to me to know that Wm. Barr and people like him have given so much of themselves serving to preserve the foundational principles and precepts envisioned and set forth by our nations founders - and that there are still many that stand in the gap in these late days while so many detractors strive to tear it all down.

Provides an inciteful view of his accomplishments

This is a detailed and believable insight into the challenges he faced during his second term as US Attorney General. Enjoyed it very much.

Positively Enlightening

The political review was great. For all the positive and negative reviews of Trump I understand how he defeated himself single handedly.

Fantastic book full of truth

This is a very well written book by a very wise man. He nailed it. We need more people like Bill in our country.

He who has ears to hear, let him hear!

This man tells it straight! People on both sides of the political spectrum will find things to disagree with, probably passionately. Even so, there is so much wisdom and insightful analysis in this book that it is worth a listen. I'm so, so glad I did!

Every American Should Read This Book

Barr is direct and to the point, and offers ample support for the experiences he had as Attorney General. He also provides salient facts regarding many of the challenges facing America and summarizes beautifully where the country is and what’s needed going toward. He remains one of the best AGs in modern American history.

Interesting perspective on a weird time

Loved the inside perspective of working in the Trump administration. Barr’s perspective of the administration and Trump the man were insightful. Teenage and young adults listened and it sparked great conversations. Would recommend to conservatives trying to figure out how to fit into a Trump world. I chose this reading because I wanted to hear from a conservative from inside the Trump administration.

The author gives an “inside” no punches pulled narrative of the last several years of our political dysfunction.

The best thing about the book, in my humble opinion, is this: If you are unwaveringly left, it will piss you off. If you are unwaveringly right, it will piss you off.

If you can keep your mind open, you will learn a great deal.

This book is insightful and honest

I've read many books on history and politics and in my opinion, Bill Barr has out done himself! This is by far the most informative book I've read in this genre. Thank you Mr. Barr for your willingness to share your thoughts. Mostly I thank you for your dedicated service to our Nation!
