great book

each book in this series just gets better and better. I can't wait to read the next one!

Great chemistry!

Loved the story it was both intriguing and romantic, and I really loved the characters. They were so good together and really complemented each other. The narration was wonderful as always!

The mystery was more exciting than the love connection

I kept listening trying to get to the bottom of the mystery portion. The love story was very dull and boring. The live interest character worried about being put on pedestal and that being his reason for not wanting a relationship was a weird angle for giving the characters conflict. The performance was not bad but I think it was a bit boring tbh.
