We count on the eyes in the sky to protect our coasts, our way of life, and our families. But they are not infallible.
Clever people with evil intent can make the eyes work against themselves. In a process known as occlusion, the eyes can literally be fooled into tracking what is not there, or worse, transfer the work to another target, and the operator may not even notice.
