Would make a great gift for your teen
This is a great book for any parent wanting to equip their teen with the tools for emotional resilience and strong relationships. This book delves into the intricacies of the teenage brain and offers practical advice on fostering empathy, confidence, and effective communication. Personally, I found the sections on building lasting confidence and recognizing healthy versus toxic relationships incredibly insightful. It’s a must-read for parents aiming to guide their teens through life’s challenges with grace and understanding, while still giving them the space to grow independently

Awesome tool for teens
Great listen from Jonathan Reed. I got this because I wanted to test out new books to gift to my nieces and nephews for summer reading. I love the book and how easy it is to follow. I now wonder if I should give an audiobook instead of an actual book lol but Overall, great resource.
