Best book I've read/listen to on confidence. The author has hit confidence from many different angles, a lot of principles Ive heard from other books but he explains it better giving me many lightbuld moments during the book. I usually get annoyed when authors try being funny, but his humor is entertaining and makes for a good listen.

I listened to this audio with the expectation of building confidence. What I received was much more valuable. From interacting with the opposite sex or even strangers.
