In this fictional story I tell the story of how in the 22nd century the oil companies have gone from controlling oil to controlling drinking water, which is a buoyant and very profitable business. Marla, an engineering student, is determined to break this monopoly because in her village they are running out of water and she meets an old man, Mr. Emeterio, who gives her the solution to generate water for free, but this solution will bring her many problems.
