If you need a kick in the rear, then this book is for you! This book is so different from you typical soft self help advice. This book tells you what you need to here not what you want to here and it doesn’t hold you hand! I feel motivated for sure after listening to this!

No Fluff, Just Results

Okay, so for me, this audiobook was a real wake-up call. I'd been stuck in this loop of planning and thinking about things, but never really pushing through. This just cut through all that noise and made it clear that the only thing holding me back was me. It wasn't gentle, but honestly, that's what I needed to finally ditch the excuses and start actually doing the work I'd been putting off. It's like it flipped a switch and the comfort of just thinking about things suddenly felt way less appealing than actually making progress.

Rawer and more realistic than others I’ve listened

This audiobook’s subtitle isn’t just a catchy phrase—if you actually “want a pat on the back, go read something else.” This book is crude and raw, but it has to be. Everyone has been condescending with us for too long, and because of that, we’re stuck where we are.
