Hi, we're the D'Alessandro octuplets. We spent our entire childhood cooking with our Nonna every single day. We loved cooking with her so much. She taught us all of her Italian recipes. We loved it so much that we started dreaming of opening a restaurant together.
Nonno taught us all about running a business, and we started saving. We all got jobs and made a plan. It took us a decade, but we finally had what we needed. We found a building in Billings, Montana and opened our much-anticipated restaurant. We no longer have Nonna with us, but we know that she's proudly watching from Heaven.
Nonna always taught us that recipes are for sharing, not hoarding. So in honor of her, we decided to make this book. She didn't use measurements, so we had to learn how much of everything to use. So keep in mind that the measurements in this book are estimates. We hope you enjoy her recipes as much as we do.
