Always Love Melanie!

Melanie Shankle is one of my favorite stories tellers! She makes me LOL & leaves me wishing I could listen to her all day long, love her voice!

Heartwarming & laugh out loud funny

Melanie has such a great sense of humor and the funniest way of expressing friendship while still showing and sharing her serious moments in the best way!

Melanie's work is fabulous!

If you are female, have a best friend and have lived thru the 90s this book is for you. Really if your a female you will enjoy her so much. She makes you laugh , cry and want to ride shotgun with her and her best friend Gully. You won't be disappointed.

I love listening to Melanie read her own book. This book made me want to call all my girlfriends and tell them how much more I love them after hearing this book...and it also made me want to call friends from the past and thank them for what they meant to me “then.”

This book is like a hug from a best girlfriend. Highly recommend if you want a light hearted book of stories to make you laugh, cry and just feel good.

I absolutely adored this book! I got the Audible, and finished it in one day. Melanie is so charming and funny! She had me laughing aloud and crying the next minute. Such an easy read..I highly recommend!

Loved it all! I don’t have kids and this gave me the blow by blow of motherhood and of friendship lasting for years!! I have already read Sparkly Green Earrings and Antelope in the Room and love all! I will be in Fort Worth soon where she is the speaker! I have downloaded another book and will read it and will also look for the blogs mentioned in this book! Looking forward to more books.

Big Mama at Her Best

If you are a fan of her blog or the Big Boo Cast you NEEEED this book. Absolutely nothing better than having the author read it the way she wrote it. I just don't know how she did it without breaking down or breaking up. She had me laughing and crying and she is the one who lived it all. Caused some real reflection as I pondered my own friendships. This will be gifted to others and my list keeps growing.
