Came for the narrator—stayed for the story

I started this because Liz May Brice is narrating, and it did not disappoint. It’s Ready Player One meets The Matrix with a touch of SAO, but instead of escaping into a game…the game escapes into our world. The pacing is fast, the action hits hard, and the tech concepts feel believable.

Liz May Brice is fantastic—her delivery nails tension and emotion without ever overdoing it. I could listen to her voice all day. If you like VR sci-fi, AI-gone-rogue stories, or anything that makes you question technology, this one is worth your time.
