This 1769 edition is highly sought after due to being more reader/listener friendly than the 1611 since many typos were fixed.... Several books for the price of ONE
I agree, her voice is a little distracting-- too musical. However...her voice is WAY more palatable than the guy who narrates the "the art and science of personal magnetism" the book, it's an australian guy I believe. And his voice is sooooo distracting, and I was extremely disappointed as I'd benefited greatly from Theron Dumont's other book "the power of concentration". The narrator is amazing (there's actually two different versions, and both are good). And I was so looking forward to "personal magnetism", and was bummed as I could barely get through five minutes of it. So with that said, I was thrilled when I saw this book was tucked into this multi-book audible. In the app, you can slow down the audio in 10ths of a minute. I slowed Hillary's voice to 0.7X, and its just fine now. Yay!
This book is a great deal!!! Still listening but Im happy.

good book, didn't enjoy the storyteller. her emotional voice was distracting. she speed up many times as if she was very excited, and slowed down which also was distracting. kinda of hard to put my finger on why I didn't like it. It was definitely the storyteller.
