This is the first book by Biel that I’ve read and I must say - I’m a fan! The writing is great and there is great depth in the characters. I completely enjoyed the book from start to finish.

Lisa Beacom as the narrator is also right on point with her performance 🎭.

I recommend the both the writer and the narrator!

Very Enjoyable Book

I've yet to hear a story written by Ms. Biel that I haven't liked! And Ms. Beacom is a wonderful narrator. You can't go wrong with these two! This book was a pleasure to listen to and I would like to thank the author, narrator, or publisher for providing me this audiobook at no cost in exchange for my unbiased review.

mom for the win

I didn't read the first book. but from the sounds of things Kira really wasn't present in her marriage to Stan if he had gf for 2 years so...
Kira's mom made the story for me ! Her support, wisdom, and straight talk were massive!! Kira was one hot mess after another for someone her age. Smh! Tony was beyond sweet and put up with a heck of a lot from Kira. I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest review. The narrator did a good job.

Super amazing story

First of all I would like to say that narrator Lisa Beacom did an amazing job especially as the voice of five year old Fleur ( hope I spelled her name right). I loved the well written storyline of how everything was taken from her by her no good cheating husband but she didn't give up she just pulled her way to the top. I highly recommend this book if you love to read/listen to books about not giving up on your dreams and finding love in all the wrong places. Do not look over this little gem.
