A must read!

If you’re looking for a book that grabs you by chapter three and doesn’t let go, well, this is it. Trust me when I say that there is no waiting around for the last hundred pages to get hooked. By the time you hit the finale, you’ll be in a delightful state of shock and confusion, in the best possible way. And yes, you do get that twisty redemption arc and a kind-of happy ending that makes it all worth it. Charles’s, the main character, journey is like peeling back layers of a very complicated onion; almost with all the characters. So much so that might make you tear up a bit. The book really lets you dive into his world: you see him wrestling with his own ghosts while he tries to do the right thing. And Abigail? She’s no side character; her development is just as rich, giving the story a real emotional depth. In other words, this book is a full-on emotional rollercoaster. If you’re into a read that thrills you and tugs at your heartstrings at the same time, this is your ticket.

Fantastic story of redemption

It's a tough story to listen to, but it's full of facts and statistics on real human trafficking. Definitely worth the read.
