I enjoyed the down to earth conversation style of Kev.
I found this easy to listen to. I found it helpful and it offered real world direction. it hasn't taken long to see some positive shifts and my life. it might sound simple, but when you finally take action you actually get relief... so I found it to be true, better releift than pharmaceuticals, which often only mask the symptoms of anxiety or worry. Don't feel you have to take it from me just because I earned a Doctor of Pharmacy, or PharmD and family practicing registered pharmacist.... Do your research or juat have a listen, perhaps a change in perspective is just what the doctor ordered, you never know, sometimes the right words and the right context can be the catalyst for change we've been seeking.
