Good stuff

The brain is such a vital organ to the body, probably the most important one. I think books like this should be studied and taken into consideration.

Fantastic book

You can say what you want, but Jane Hampton put some serious, valuable information together. The narrator was nice to listen to as well. Thanks for sharing this. I am looking forward to more. Definitely.

The truth

As the subtitle already explains it, this guide has the truth about how you really think. I know, I know, not everything from the brain can be included in a 4+ hour book, but at least there is a lot of information in here. Thanks for putting this together, Jane. Looking forward to more books from this author.

It's all medical jargon

As a RN I could understand most of the jargon.. but that's all it was. I couldn't listen to more than 3 chapters and that was really pushing as I waited for someone fruitful to be spoken about to be helpful

Painful to listen

First, there was no biography available of the author. Second, there were no practical information about increasing and elevating your neuroplasticity. Horrible choice in my opinion.

This narrator is annoying after a short while; he sounds very monotoned and synthetic. And the author machine guns you with terminology with no humor or metaphors to help you understand a complex topic, made worse by the nature of audiobooks (without any visuals).
