I am neurodivergent. It took me many decades to figure this out and I wish I had the kind of language and vocabulary that this book provides for the reader. In Neurodivergent Teens, Richard Bass presents incredibly help information about neurodiversity and how to navigate it as a neurodiverse person. It is addressed to teenagers specifically, which means that it presents the information and guidance in an empathetic way. I wish I had this kind of book as a teenager. It would have saved me so much time trying to figure out what was "wrong" with me, when in fact, my brain simply isn't the same as others. I highly recommend this to anyone with a neurodiverse teen. The writing itself is very straight forward and the narrator, Miles Carter, reads the book in a calm and soothing voice.

Super important, maybe lifesaving, book
