Missed the mark . . .
So, I've been in and around the MLM industry for 24 years. I'm a big fan of MLM books, lectures, etc. However, this audio book has so many technical flaws I couldn't even get through it. I don't know if the recording was bad or if the book itself is actually written this poorly.
For example in the first 3 minutes of the book there are so many grammatical errors that it is hard to pay attention; it sounds like it is being read by a computer. 'No matter how good job they do.' and '... about attaining highest quality of life.' are just two examples. There are also a number of prepositions missing throughout the text.
Finally, this audio book is just too basic and scattered even for an introduction. Sure, there are some great intro-to-MLM books out there but this isn’t one of them from what I was able to force myself to listen to. It's too superficial and is lacking in important concepts and engaging organization. It pains me to write this because I'm such a big proponent of MLM, but I really believe that there are many other better books out there. Perhaps the author will come out with a second edition and/or fix the grammatical errors in this audio version.
