India is an amazing place and I have a love/hate relationship with it: I love the country, the people and the culture, but I hate the bureaucracy.
I thought I would share a little a little of my experience there and why I love it. I've also included some tips that should help you if you are planning a visit.
If you can, I recommend that you spend 10 days or so in a wildlife park (I assume wildlife, and probably tigers, will be one of your reasons for going as you're listening to this podcast) and then allow more time to visit other parts of the country.
Always make sure that you have the necessary vaccinations and that you have the appropriate travel insurance (if you're going off the beaten track, your standard insurance might not cover you).
Final recommendation; use the same airline for internal flights connecting to international flights on the same day.
It's time for another podcast...
