Superb!

I couldn't get enough of this book and was dreading the fact that it was coming to an end. The narrator brings this book to life and her reading and voice is sublime!!!

My breath, my heart, my mind

My breath was sucked in and held, goosebumps prickled, my heart slowed then went wild, my mind was reeling from the brilliance that simple unadulterated words and story can conjure (and oh what a story)… all this happened over and over again. Exquisite! Thank you for your gift Fredrik Backman.

Loved it!

Tough read in parts as there are references to domestic violence & child abuse throughout but a captivating read with a happy ending!

If you have lost someone you love, this book is for you. It’s a book that makes you laugh and cry at the same time. It’s a book that teaches you how to carry your loss through life and make it a poetry.
