Love how twisted it was

There is so much in this book that you really can't say it's just one thing. It's twists and turns and things you'd never expect that winds up tying everything together. What starts out as a kidnapping from an ex old friend turns into a Red Wedding from the past. Also, MMC does rape the FMC several times while twisting her mind into thinking that shes falling for him.
