4.25 stars - Ivy and Watson are on the case again! The story revolves around the Bloom Off festival and the murder of Myra Penn, the competition's head judge. There are at least several possible suspects and that kept me guessing - mostly going back and forth between two of the townspeople. Watson eagerly helps Ivy on her quest to find out the truth. I enjoyed following the clues. Another solid cozy by Erin Macy.
