While caring for her sister at Netherfield, Elizabeth finds a poem hidden in Mr. Bingley’s library. She assumes Mr. Bingley is the poet, but this is soon challenged by Mr. Darcy himself. Now, Elizabeth cannot ignore the spark of intrigue she feels for the mysterious gentleman.
Mr. Darcy pours his heart out on paper but maintains his reserve in person. Confused and doubting herself, Elizabeth strives to find out which Mr. Darcy is real. But this is complicated when Caroline Bingley hatches a scheme to win Mr. Darcy for herself. Then Mr. Bennet becomes very ill.
