My life’s been upended, and the only place that’s safe is with Thane and the Guardians. It doesn't take us long to figure out that our passion burns just as hot as it always did. Undeniable. Unstoppable. I can't keep my hands off him, but I can't go back to being his friend with benefits. And, I have no clue how to trust him. Thing is...if we could learn to trust each other, I might actually have something to offer this team of morally flexible do-gooders.

I adore this series and author, so I gleefully re-read the first two books right before starting this one on its release day. It more than lived up to its predecessors while further exploring the Guardians’ work and showing the bonds that exist between the original members and their new teammates. Thane carries a lot of baggage that he suppresses while second-in-command of this vigilante organization, but reconnecting with his new logistics officer, who happens to be an old flame, brings it all crashing back to the surface.

Both he and Ronan are potentially older and wiser now, especially as Ronan embarks on this career change and Thane’s family situation has evolved. Despite what either man thinks might be best, they continue to crash together thanks to their unmistakable chemistry. However, neither is interested in making the same mistakes as before. Thus, Fox leans delightfully into my favorite “idiots in love” trope as Ronan and Thane don’t do the best job communicating their feelings.

Meanwhile, the team’s work has continued, but to various adverse outcomes as they attempt to figure out exactly how tainted information from their multiple sources might be. They manage to save lives but at the potential cost to this newfound relationship—luckily, Ronan is as badass in his own way as Thane, which was almost as much fun to read about as the various sexy shenanigans the pair gets up to throughout the book.

Fox drops excellent hints about her next pairing through the course of this book, and once again, I can’t wait for the next release in this excellent series.

Loving this series!!!

I love this series with all these tough guys, all the feels, the action and intrigue. Zane Daniels is the perfect narrator for this series... His voice, OMG, I'm a fan!!!

This is the 3rd book in the Wrecked Guardians series. This is Thane and Ronan's story a second chance romance, after being apart for 5 years. Thane is the big tough, hide your emotions kind of guy, with deep seated family issues. Ronan is the very bendy *wink* guy, with a tender heart and an unrequited (or maybe not) love for Thane.

This isn't just a love story, this is a continuation of a series with lots of action and intrigue. It was good to see all the couples back again. Something is going on and I'm anxious to find out what happens next.

I loved this story the first couple of times I read it but Zane Daniel's bringing Thane and Ronan to life made me fall in love with it all over again. The narration was perfect.

I have been waiting for this story.

These two were needing to happen. The snark the bossiness between these two was so good. I actually cried a couple of times Zane Daniels was really good.

Engaging story!

It had been a while since I read the book so listening to it on audio felt like a whole new experience. I love how intense some of the scenes came across, it was something my brain lacked emphasizing when I read through on my own. I love the narrator, he does sarcasm and internal thoughts really well. I can easily tell when what’s being narrated isn’t actually being said aloud.
