Gabe White had never believed in devils. Except for the kind which came out of the bottom of a bottle. When Terrance Diamond moves his family into the resort town of Hampton Heights, an ancient evil is awakened, and Gabe soon realizes many people aren't as they seem. Sudden mysterious deaths are cloaked in the mantle of the occult and they reveal the macabre workings behind the scenes of the town's sole funeral parlor. As Gabe's new neighbor entrenches himself in the life of his estranged wife and son, any chance of a reconciliation isn't the only thing jeopardized. The Diamonds poison his family and friends, pushing Gabe to the brink of the bottle which once nearly consumed everything he loved. He must battle back and face the evil which can inhabit a man's soul... or his family may lose theirs.
