The movements and postures in this session are kind and gentle to the body and provide a natural progression for those that have practised Yoga for the Complete Beginner. The class focusses on correct alignment and will gently release stress and tension. It has been devised to help you develop a safe and effective foundation in the practice of yoga.
Practise this session regularly. It may take a little time before you feel comfortable with the concept of moving slowly whilst maintaining awareness on your breath and your alignment. Yoga, when practised this way (mindfully), brings so many benefits.
