Automated voice with no inflection

Cute story but there is no variation in the voice for the different characters. It sounds like a person having a conversation with themselves which is very confusing to follow. I’ve listened to audio books for over 30 years and this narration is not good. The story is cute, fun, and entertaining but I keep having to back up to figure out who is speaking. It is a soothing voice.
