Dreamer is a fantasy space opera about a Silicon Valley techie, his cat, and the adventures they share in an alternate universe. We should all have dreams like this!

The Slave Wagon is a short medieval fantasy tale about a legendary female warrior queen and her great flying unicorn. I originally wrote it as an introduction to my medieval novel, Abri’s Quest. I liked it so much that I included it in this collection.

The Secret Life of Ripley Savage is a story that explores the struggles of an insecure, daydreaming young man who yearns to be as confident as his imaginary alter ego. This story was inspired by James Thurber’s classic short story, The Secret Life of Walter Mitty.
