So many great stories.

Eden Robinson is such a fantastic writer. This book is alternately hilarious and devastating. A sprawling family tale is told from the point of view of Lisa Marie. Devastating and intense and so so good.

Great read/listen

This is a wonderful representation of life on a rural reserve on the northern west coast of Canada. Eden is a fantastic story teller.

a mind trip

Loved this book's story but found I struggled a little at the end and had to re listen to the beginning to find out where I was.

Powerful story telling

A book of harsh reality and spirits. Powerful first person story telling. Highly recommended.

I just could not get into it.

I have been in the area in which the book takes place. Thought it would be interesting. However, it is a very patchy story and the main character is really hard to like. Poor narration .

Boring

Not good Waste of time. So boring that I wasted 4 hours. Fouls not recommended to anyone.

Not at all, what it was advertised

This book was in a list of the scariest books ever written. The storyline was not scary and dull. I thought about returning it several times, but kept hoping it would get better. It did not.
