This book should be required reading for everyone! Seriously, this information will keep you prepared in the worse situations. I realized how unprepared I have been most of my life and how I could have managed many situations.
My husband is a detective and is prepared, aware, and ready for every situation and thinks this should come naturally for every human being, but the truth is that I doesn't. It takes conditioning your mind to think a certain way and get prepared. Then you will be ready to handle any situation. This book is read by the author. She has a pleasant voice, gets to the point and gives the audiobook a lot of value.
