All of us need the kind of support, hope, and empathy often revealed in the shadow of our darkest days.

This book helped me revisit the nightmare of 9-11, all over again, but from a first responder's perspective. Fascinating to understand the point of view from those who needed to have the inner strength that some of us may not possess.
