Highly recommend

When I first read the description of this book, I didn’t know if it would be right for me. The book had been recommended by a friend, so I was willing to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised! It was amazingly easy to read and understand, and it gave me great tips for calming my racing brain. I recommend this book to anyone looking for ways to improve their journey with everyday living. I enjoyed it so much, I purchased the audible version too.

Thoroughly Informative and Interesting

I found this book to be a valuable addition to my audible collection. The stories the author shares about her own life experiences are interesting and engaging and serve as a good lead-up to the value of the lessons in later chapters. Also backed by science and examples of how other busy, indeed sometimes overwhelmed, people have used the practices she outlines to help manage intense situations, the information is delivered in a clear and concise manner which will make it useful to return to as a reference. I have experience with breathing techniques, but I found the explanations of which things to do in specific situations to be helpful as a reference that I have not had before,

A balance of stories, practical techniques, and the explanation of the science behind why it works.

Really enjoyed this book…it’s simple and yet very powerful. I have already practiced some of the techniques and seen a huge shift.
