Creating confidence, building your self-esteem, and practicing mindfulness have never been easier. This mindfulness bundle is about developing self-care and holding positive beliefs in the palm of your hand.
Mindfulness is available to us in every moment, whether through meditations and body scans or mindful moment practices like taking time to pause and breathe before answering the phone or a text message or reading an email that's just come in. It's about being aware and being connected to yourself.
This mindfulness bundle is targeted at building confidence, positive self-beliefs, and motivation. It includes the following scripts:
