Resumen del Editor

How is 2018 gonna be for you? Well, do you ever find yourself thinking: "I thought I'd be further ahead by now"? If so, you aren't alone.

In this active practice blueprint to a better life, the Kaizen Crew (a team of entrepreneurs, performers, and various industry consultants) explains the 34 self-transformation paradigms that will make you see everything more clearly, and get you moving ahead as soon as you start applying them. The millennial generation is the most educated and resourceful generation in human history, and with the technology boom this new generation is better-equipped for change than anyone in human history...so why is this generation stuck?

Why does it seem like good change is always just out of reach? Why aren't you further ahead by now? And why, in the 21st century, does it seem like the vast majority of wealth, power, and freedom (not to mention happiness) is reserved for only the most elite members of society? Lucky for you, the Kaizen Crew has found the answer. And they explain it simply, concisely, and honestly - right here in this book.

The answer, as the Crew explains, is a duo. Mindfulness plus Kaizen. Two sides of the same coin.

Mindfulness is the recently popularized practice of becoming more and more consciously aware of the present. Kaizen is the art and practice of good change. Ever wonder why Japan is so far ahead of other nations? Kaizen is a Japanese term that literally translates to "good change". This continuous practice of active change that evolves through awareness is the answer society has been looking for - and it's the answer millennials need if they have any hope of getting ahead this century.

This book will show you how to hack your own brain for success, de-condition yourself from negative barriers, and and thrust yourself forward towards power, achievement, success, and of course happiness. Mindfulness is the practice of seeing and Kaizen is the practice of being. See ahead. Be ahead.

A wanna be self help book

I'm truly struggling to write this review. This is among the oddest audiobooks I have every listened to . The authors spew platitudes like stoned college freshmen and present it as received wisdom. The odd part is they seem completely genuine in their delivery. I get the impression these are a few well meaning prep school kids who made and then drank their own Kool Aid.
